Dappled Light

The warming light of the late afternoon sun. It was especially appreciated as the day started wet and chilly.

Andy has hurt his knee and is limping around. I decided cake was needed so while I waited for the weather to cheer up I made a Victoria sponge and chocolate tray bake, along with a couple of loaves of bread. As I baked I listened to an audiobook. It made for a relaxing few hours. This afternoon I did some gardening and walked Merlin.
