Departures

This morning I gave Django a good walk because I was going out in the evening, and A isn't up to giving him much of a walk. I spent my time marking, until I went into Edinburgh mid-afternoon.

I met the team (minus developer F) in the Bayes Centre, where we had two cakes - matcha and chocolate - baked by PhD student Y to celebrate her birthday. We chatted amongst ourselves, and with a few other Bayes folk, before walking to the New Town for dinner. Y had suggested a Nepalese restaurant (Thamel) as one of three she fancied, and the food and company were excellent (see extra).
