The Big Bird Bathes

The pond where I used to get all of my pelican bathing shots really took a beating with the 2 hurricanes. There were a lot of trees/shrubs that isolated the water, and the storm took the cover out. I haven't seen one bathing bird in there yet.

But, this is another pond where I had both bathing pelicans and cormorants. I love it when they do the flapping the wings thing.

We hit a few more thrift stores today and then had lunch at Zaxbys, a chicken place.

We then finished a 9 game mini euchre tournament that was won by yours truly. While playing, we watched Michigan State win their basketball game, and now the University of Michigan is about to lose.
