Magic

Gnarly old tree, fresh young bud. There's probably some kind of analogy there but I can't think of one right now.

I entirely missed the partial eclipse today. I had a riding lesson first thing and was so busy concentrating I completely forgot until I was back in the car. It was a bit cloudy as well so there wasn't much difference in the daylight.

The lesson was fun, if hard on my non riding fit muscles. I'll add that to the post gym DOMS, hopefully I'll be walking less like a 90 to buy about Tuesday. 

I also started the spring clean up of the allotment, sadly a bit neglected so far this year, and planted my first seeds of the year, also a bit late. They'll be fine, we're only just past the equinox and it's been very cold so they wouldn't have done much anyway. Im always either too early or very late with my stuff and post of it seems to do ok.

Hopefully all the magic clocks will do their stuff  tonight (not the oven, of course not the oven) and I won't be laye for my 9 mile trail run in the morning. I've got my fingers crossed all my knee/hip/ hamstring  issues are up to it ot ill be getting a bus back.
