A very lazy day. Well, lots of action in the am, especially for JR, who went to her early morning gym session. This was quite surprising, as she was VERY late home last night after the soirée at Hazel's which went on until VERY LATE. I came home about 6pm, as per usual, to give Archie his tea - don’t like to leave him too long in the house on his own.
I did my exercises, and I always sometimes try to make them a wee bit harder (they're pretty relaxed) by holding my 1kg weights while doing arm exercises. Having said that, I should say that I usually can't manage the whole exercise with the weights...
It was a VERY cold walk round the Links. There was an icy wind. I was glad I didn't have to go out again. Elizabeth came to take Archie out, and even she didn't go for their usual long walk, but they both relaxed at her house for a while.
The two of us settled down on our respective sofas, and binge watched The Americans'. It's a great series, with the actress from 'The Diplomat' which we also enjoyed.
I also watched the Women's Six Nations rugby, Wales v England. It was a walkover by England. I reckon the Women's England side could beat the men's Wales side...
Archie came home tired out, had his tea, and went to bed.
Clocks go forward tonight. Which means that the clock in the car will be correct again! Yay!
