Ran up a hill today, starting just to the left of the pic though the hill isn't visible from here. It was a bit damp, though better than forecast, and quite blustery - not the best when a gust comes as you're going down an awkward step.
It wasn't the best idea when I'm still recovering from the cold but it was the first of a club series and I didn't want to miss it. I wasn't too bad on the gentler hills and the downs but the steep bit to the top was a real struggle. It was worth it as they had a prize for each 10 yr age category and being only 2 women over 60 I won mine (though a long way behind the other and last). A bottle of wine, and Mr Rat got one, too, there are advantages of being old!
We're going away tomorrow so got some preparation done for that but still haven't sorted out the final bit of the payroll/pension. I'm going to do what I can and then hope to get a final answer from them when I get home.
