A lovely cardinal

When transferring images from my new Sony camera to my Pixel phone, I didn't realize until today that they weren't being sent in their original size. All I was thinking was, why are these photos so small? Then I thought, ah ha! It had to be the transfer process. Yes! I do think this one still looks good (and I love Cardinals) so that's my choice for today.

I've adjusted the transfer settings now. Yikes, there's so much to learn when you do this. But I am happy I got a compact camera. It is tiny, so it will take me a minute to get used to holding one that's about 1/4 of the size of my Lumix, but I know I'm going to like it a lot. The quality of the photos is much different than my phone and that's wonderful!
