Popped to the doc after work tonight, turns out I have a sprained thoracic spine. Which is nowhere near as serious as it sounds, but at least means I know, and know I'm not doing any more damage cycling.

Speaking of cycling, got all the bits to build my new fancy wheels for the cross bike. Should be fun.

Weekend weekend weekend. Got my mum here for a bit of Fringe stuff, drumming, circus and mimey comedy to come tomorrow.
