The Path from Easedale

First full day in the Lake District. I was out before breakfast and walked up towards Easedale Tarn, hoping for some good light first thing.

It would be true to say that there wasn't a cloud in the sky form the beginning to end of the day. Not the greatest for a landscape photographer, but I took advantage of the low light first thing to get some atmosphere into the shot.

Afterwards we met up with friends in Ambleside, with a bit of shopping, before drinks and a late lunch.
