ginger beer(d)

we watched a river cottage recently where they made really easy ginger beer - so beefy gave it a go. 48 hours later we had a taste and it's pretty damn good - just needs a load more ginger and slightly less sugar and it will rival our favourite fentimans ginger beer. the second batch is done already...looking forward to it.

quiet day at home - nice to see linda, then crack on with work.
