Heddiw es i i apwyntiad gyda phrosiect 'Our Future Health' ac roedd rhaid i mi seiclo i Boots yn Llanisien. Rydw i wastad yn mynd ar goll yn Llanisien - mae'n ddrysfa o ystadau diwydiannol a siopau mawr.

Yn y pen draw ffeindiais i Boots a'u hystafell dros dro yn y cornel.. Roedd y meddyg, neu nyrs, yn gymwynasgar iawn. Roedd hi'n amheus o bresgripsiwn meddyginiaeth pwysedd gwaed, ac yn lle, gwnaeth hi awgrymu anadlu yn araf, felly gwnes i hynny. Gwnaeth hi gymryd fy mhwysedd gwaed dwywaith ac yn hudol roedd hi'n dda. Bydd diddorol i weld os mae'r un peth yn digwydd adre.

Gwnaeth hi gymryd dau sampl o waed ar gyfer y prosiect a dwedodd hi wrth mi roedd fy holl fesuriadau yn dda. Felly roeddwn i'n hapus.

Ar ôl fy ymweliad cerddais i heibio'r hen Swyddfa Treth. Roeddwn i yna ym mis Medi, pan oedd yr adeilad yn cael ei ddymchwel (https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3278104993579665903). Nawr mae dim ond rwbel ar y ddaear.

Seiclais i adre lle roeddwn i'n gallu helpu Nor'dzin gyda mwy o waith yn yr ardd.

Today I went to an appointment with the 'Our Future Health' project and had to cycle to Boots in Llanisien. I always get lost in Llanisien - it's a maze of industrial estates and big shops.

Eventually I found Boots and their temporary room in the corner.. The doctor, or nurse, was very helpful. She was suspicious of a blood pressure medication prescription, and instead, she suggested slow breathing, so I did that. She took my blood pressure twice and magically it was good. It will be interesting to see if the same thing happens at home.

She took two blood samples for the project and told me all my measurements were good. So I was happy.

After my visit I walked past the old Tax Office. I was there in September, when the building was being demolished (https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3278104993579665903). Now there is only rubble on the ground.

I cycled home where I could help Nor'dzin with more work in the garden.
