Magnolia Flower

We met up with our daughter and granddaughters for ‘brunch’ at a farm cafe near Pontefract (Farmer Copley’s) and then went to Nostell Priory. The girls spent ages in the playground and then we went for a walk around the lake and ‘Menagerie Gardens’…when I snapped this lovely magnolia flower..not much chance for many other shots, but added an extra of the two little magnolia trees.

We seem to have ‘acquired’ the girls who will now be staying until Saturday..they came this morning with bags packed!! Daughter is at work tonight and will be out with husband tomorrow night for a belated birthday meal!

We stopped on the way home to collect a few snacks and then called into our village playground to eat them and for the girls to run about.

Hoping that they will sleep well tonight…
