Golden Daalamist

Some mist first thing, but beautiful sunshine, calm too.  A breeze picked up, bringing some cloudy patches, a chill too.  A lovely evening, mostly cloudy.

A day working with James.  A bulk waste removal run around Lerwick first thing, then oil waste collections from the eateries.  We delivered a new glass recycling bin too Scalloway, posted letters in the housing scheme about it.  We laid concrete slabs down after lunch, for wheelie bins at Twageos Road.  I had to drop my car off at the garage again, brakes still no right.  Working in the shop this evening, a busy night.  Feet up before bed.

A beautiful sunny morning again, and another t-shirt weather kind of day.  The daalamist, mist that gathers in the valley at night, was making it's way down towards the sea.  It was quickly burned off when the sunshine hit it.  It gave a lovely eerie golden atmosphere around the village.  Taken just after 7am, Houl Road, Scalloway.
