Covid Jab

The government is targeting the over 75 age group with Covid vaccination this Spring. The nurse, Janice, explained to me that it's based on the rate of Covid infection in hospitals.

They were also doing blood pressure checks. Mine is marginally high, probably because I don't get enough exercise. Len has the BP of a 20 year old, apparently.

Such good weather today that I put on a t-shirt.
 
Afterwards, we went to the Rushes where Len was able to buy me GF ginger snaps and bread from M&S while Basil and I sat in the sun. He went into Muffin Break to buy lattes and treats. He came out with a sausage sandwich which Basil shared. I was very put out that there was nothing gluten free. There's usually muffins.
