Osea Island

A different route for my weekly 10k. I chose to run to Osea Island. It was quite windy, but a beautiful clear day. My knee gave me a bit of gip so I jeffed thef final 2k - by doing that it eased up, so all good. I met up with B, who was off on a walk at the canal cafe and we enjoyed the sun and being out of the wind. 

Then it was time for Gs procedure at the hospital.  That went to plan and he now is more relaxed about everything.  He awaits further news about moving forward.
