Tidied up a bit this morning , changed my duvet for the summer one and transferred my cash ISA to one with a better interest rate. It had matured three weeks ago but I hadn’t realised. I then put out the cats’ evening meal- very early so I think they were very confused!
Got the bus to the Playhouse - we made Japanese fabric flowers- interesting technique but the end result wasn't really my thing.
Went for coffee and chocolate as usual and then a browse around the shops( bought a new shirt) before meeting Ju at Pierre Victoire for an early dinner. It was very good for the price - I had steak frites and chocolate mousse. Walked from there up to the Theatre royal to see Murder in the Orient Express. I was Ju’s birthday present and not really my sort of thing but i did enjoy it, mainly because of the creativity and slickness of the set and the stagehands. And the theatre is a beautifully preserved traditional one.
