Loud and proud

A trip out with the girls this morning.  I sat in the back so didn't see the red kite swoop down to the ground in front of the car and narrowly miss being hit as it soared away.  All I saw was a huge blur of brown in front of C's face as she braked.

Coffee and a natter outside at Castle Ashby's small shopping courtyard, then a bit of browsing and a few purchases made in the Deli.  It did warm up gradually but there's still a nasty cold easterly breeze.

Home and the shopping has been delivered and put away, then JJ came home from his lunch 'do' and we sat in the sun with a cup of tea.
