Gone Fishing

... for coffee & cakes.

If I recall right I have only ever been river/pond fishing once, about 40 years ago. As a youngster I did fish off Rocker Pier with a line of string and some hooks. In my 20's I did go sea fishing a number of times out of Whitstable and Dungeness. 

Around this part of the world there are a number of fishing lakes attached to camping and caravan sites. This one we have passed many times and have noticed a sign for a cafe. Today we gave in and tried it out. Very nice, not very large but not busy either. We will visit again.
