Out of Hibernation

Dear old Matilda has come out of hibernation! She has been in need of some TLC and some minor fixing. Yesterday I managed to get her jump started and down to a local battery centre where they discovered her old battery was beyond help.

It wasn't the only issue she had after being tucked up in the garage all winter. Her fuel pump had become stuck, nothing a tap with a hammer couldn't fix and one of her two fuses had also blown which meant her fuel gauge, indicators and break lights didn't work!

All fixed now and I gave her a long drive around the block to blow the cobwebs away. My image has been passed through Snapseed. Fingers crossed she'll feature more in the coming months.
