Not pretty

It's far from a pretty picture but I always have to do a double-take on this house when I pass it. The shape is weird due to all the extensions. I think it's quite ugly. Maybe the owners love it!
Was early for the hairdresser appointment (wash, cut and blow-dry) so had a little walk to pass a few minutes.
After the hairdresser I drove to Tesco with a plan to fill up with petrol before leaving the car at the car wash and heading into the store to meet Terry. Unfortunately the petrol station was shut which was an inconvenience as Now I will need to make a special trip for petrol in a couple of days time.
Did a little bit in the garden this afternoon. I had a quick look at the temperature gauge which at that point said it was 19.7C in full shade in our back garden so I popped out there without a coat and came very quickly back in as the wind was really cold! It felt more like 9.7C.
I tried to find a sheltered spot to do some of my gardening stuff which required a working surface but nowhere in the garden was sheltered from the strong and bitter wind! My hair was blown to bits by it but is still very much as it was when I came out of the hairdresser which is good.
Phoned Mum today but couldn't get hold of her so will ring tomorrow or call round.
