Farewells and Celebrations

Mr P set off early doors to take son no 2 to Edinburgh Airport (he’s off to London for a lad’s weekend). I had a lovely walk up to the Hydro in the sunshine for what will probably be my last swim there (at least for a while). I went out on a high as I managed 40 lengths.
We spent the afternoon cooking as we were hosting the Gilchimps and the Bees (minus Liz who was poorly). It was a double birthday celebration for Mazgilchimp and thechimp (we’ll be away for his birthday next week). We enjoyed playing a game that Maz had bought us.
