Autumn Shadows

The main photo was taken in the morning, yet the shadows seemed so long.

After our walk, we went to the “Crystal Palace” (extra ) which is a tent that is erected every time the Wānaka Festival of Colour and Aspiring Conversations are on. We have had a feast of wonderful performances and also 1 hour sessions on important topics. They have been wonderful.
Todays panel were discussing the Treaty of Waitangi / Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the very current debate around it. Excellent speakers who were interviewed by Katherine Ryan- a very well known NZ broadcaster.

Afterwards we had coffee with friends that has come from Arrowtown and Riverton to hear the speakers. It was great to catch up with Piano Lady and the Piano Tuner as we were all at their favourite cafe.

Friends are coming for dinner- just having a wee break from the kitchen!
