Boot Camp

It was a glorious morning so we took the dogs for a walk on the beach. The tide was in and the dogs were swimming and paddling, beautiful morning. From down off the cliffs this lot came running , Saturday Morning Boot Camp. It involves lots of running, lots of jogging very quickly on the spot and these push ups of the wall. What crime against humanity or laws would you have had to break to be forced into doing something like that at 8am on a Saturday morning??????
