Entertaining the folks

Tonight’s gig is local to me, as was last nights…… meaning it’s C who’s made the journey over to mine this week ;-)

Last nights gig was in a pub in C’s home town, his eldest sister M still goes in 2/3 times a week. (middle left M, C & me)
At almost 90 M is known & loved by everyone in there, meaning when her baby brother is playing everyone knows about it :-)

It was busy, a lot of C’s family came along to support him….. everyone had a blast!
C worked his socks off providing live music for best part of 2 hours across 3 sets.

Yes, it’s another collage so I can fit everyone in :-)

P surprised C, (middle right) they’ve been friends for 55+ years. P was instrumental in C’s early musicianship, they met when C was 13 & P was 17. C made the move from reading music & playing live backing music to being in a band & playing live “off the cuff” songs as a result of their friendship.
P’s now 72 & C’s 68….. they are wearing well for a couple of old blokes ;-p
