A sunny drive home
with a detour to Fiona’s Ark, a lovely area about twelve miles outside Oban. Main bf shows the lower end of Loch Lomond on a narrow twiddly road that crosses over to Crianlarich.
Warnings appeared on my phone all day about technical issues with one of the ferries, fortunately the late afternoon noon service was fine, the crew tightly packed all vehicles on the deck to help those stranded. We could see the failing ferry sat out in the bay at 4.45 when arriving into Craignure.
We arrived home with three cats waiting to say hello, (or more likely food, come on now, give me food), the other three appeared gradually. I don’t think they missed us, Ted certainly didn’t, which means the two people caring for them have done a good job.
Ted found a recently unpacked box and enjoyed a few hours of play.
