Fancy ceilings

A sunny morning with a cold wind, we wandered off to find breakfast in The Grind, it was very good, perfectly poached eggs, Eggs Benedict and a strong hot chocolate. We didn’t need to eat again all day.

Later in the evening we arranged to meet the son of a friend who lives nearby, a lovely, chap, we think he was aged ten when we first met, he is now a doctor. An excellent evening starting off in the place above with fancy ceilings where the music was very loud, afterwards moving on to a pub where it was easier to listen and another ceiling. 

We are leaving tomorrow morning and looking forward to going home to see the pusscats.
