Today's the day . . . . . . . . to return

Great to see our Moniaive family this afternoon, who got back yesterday from a week's holiday on the Isle of Arran. 

I say - a week - but actually, because the weather was so grim last weekend, the ferries were all cancelled and they didn't go until Sunday late afternoon.  The good thing was though, once they were actually there, the weather changed for the better and they've had a wonderful time for the rest of the week.

Brodie the dog spent the week in the kennels near here, so they picked him up on the way.  He was very glad to see them all again - and so were we.  The above picture was taken by Josie, as was the extra.  She asked if she could have a go with my camera and I was happy to say yes.
