Wanderings and meanders

Pearls in the tree

Dean Cemetery, Edinburgh

The mistletoe was glistening in the sunshine.

Ventured out to see if I could find a specific stone - success, but it is not by the edge of a path and has lichen on it, so difficult to see. It was nice and peaceful to walk around.

Wandered down to the Botanics afterwards, lots more flowers than a fortnight ago, particularly daffs and rhodys. Pear and cherry blossom out as well.

Then headed to town to run some errands, It was very busy, seemed to be lots of visitors, including excited children. I'd forgotten that the school holidays will have started.

It was warm in sheltered spots, but the wind still feels very cold.It was warm in sheltered spots, but the wind still feels very cold.
