Lemon meringue roulade

We were invited out to lunch today, so I made a lemon meringue roulade to take. The hostess also made a pudding, a brioche and butter pudding, so eight of us ate bœuf Bourguignon, mustard mash, brocoli, peas and carrots and cauliflower cheese, then the cheeseboard, followed by two puddings each!
I don’t think we’ll ever need to eat again!
