Who lives in a house like this?

We popped down to St George de Didonne for a dermatologist appointment this afternoon, but were a bit early so we walked down to the sea front. On the way we saw this little house, which was called Poucy-Cat!
I quite liked that, but Mr F said no way could he live in a house called Poucy-Cat, and what would Elvis think?
24 degrees again today, I’m going to have to get my summer clothes out if this continues!
