In Need of Repair
Another beautiful day. The wind has eased but still a bit chilly. I was picked up at 09.30 this morning by L & C. Our first port of call was to the Old Well Garden Centre, where we had a good wander around and a coffee before heading over to Tiverton. Our first stop at Bickleigh Mill. It was busy, and we had a good wander around there before an early lunch sandwich.
Our afternoon started with a visit to Ashley Court, a property just outside Tiverton, for the National Open Gardens Scheme, Gardens open for Charity. A facinating estate with signs of Spring bursting out everywhere. Also signs of a little tlc is required on some of the out buildings of this Regency estate. Afternoon tea and cake was enjoyed in the garden, before heading home. A most enjoyable day.
