Red Deadnettle

I know it is mono monday, but this has appeared in my garden, so looked it up on google lens.  its proper name is Lamium purpureum, among others, and as a medicinal herb does have its uses apparently. Will leave you to follow up that side if you are interested :-)

Had a lazy day, after the busy weekend. pottered around home, looked at the garden and decided to give that a rest until tomorrow. Went to visit a friend who has just moved into an apartment. And very nice it is too. I can see lots of advantages.
