Partisans destroyed a transformer cabinet on the railway near the city of Kemerovo. Partisans do recon and sabotage in Russian and occupied Ukraine. The railway connects to military facilities so this messes with transporting ammunition. 

Ukrainian drones hita. Big explosive factory named Promsintez. There were at least 20 explosions. 

Russia just lost 30 artillery systems March 31. They lost more in March than any other money of the war. This assertion is from Ukraine, not from Oryx, the Dutch open-source intelligence group that uses photos and video evidence. Oryx does say that as of April 2 Russia had lost 904 self-propelled artillery systems, 460 towed artillery systems, 131 artillery support vehicles and equipment, and 497 multiple rocket launcher artillery systems. Oryx is rigorous with its data and thus frequently undercounts.
