Fresh Green Leaves

Last day of my working week.  I had quite a few things to catch up with, and I succeeded with some, but not all.

I also managed a few catch ups with colleagues which was good.

At lunchtime I popped to the bookshop where a small purchase was made. I then kept walking, and looped my way back to the office.

Impetuous with a friend after work.  We went for some food, which I didn’t really enjoy. I think it’s because of my lurgy, as I also struggled with my drink. We then moved to a pub for a cocktail, which was quite nice. I was very weary when I got home.

I walked past these newly emerged, fresh green leaves at lunchtime. A complete contrast to yesterday’s tree.
