Physio this morning for my quarterly sort out. I toy with the idea of not going but I’m always worried about what would happen if I dont go. Probably worth the money to stop problems before they start.
Mum came too. She’s been suffering with her knees and almost completely immobility. She’s been very down and pessimistic about it but Mrs A was very positive and gave her some exercises to do Fingers crossed it works.
