Ending on a High Note …

… after a wonderful winter season, with good friends, great weather and views to take your breath away. First we had to get down to the Glacier de Diablerets safely (first extra). Then we ski toured up to the Diablerets Summit (3216m) and the Tête de Barme (3185m) which is the main photo. Two of our party, those tiny figures approaching the summit, climbed that peak first which gave a magnificent backdrop of the Matterhorn and the Dent d’Herens as we looked across from the Diablerets Summit. 


Several extras as it was difficult to chose. It was definitely worth taking a proper camera with me despite the weight. It might be a very early night tonight!
