Gently Does it Today

The need to go gently is not because of our big mountain day yesterday (thank you for the many gifts for it) but because an mysterious insect bit my right forearm perhaps when we were on the summit. I’m feeling shivery and my forearm is really sore and swollen. I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow morning and have spent most of the day trying to nap. I hope I can sleep tonight because last night was a disaster!
