Tiny Tuesday

We are fortunate that we have had no rain for several days and the topic for this week's Tiny Tuesday could be fulfilled with a photo from the garden.

I can't remember whose dried seed head this is but it is definitely a weed - sometimes I keep seed heads for the wildlife. Each seed head is around 5mm x 3mm on a panicle (the type of inflorescence) growing to around 45cm tall.

Any day now I should be tearing them all up...but I must keep a few for the 'secret plan' for entertaining the Flumlet.
