Clyde Walkway, Cuningar Loop

After breakfast with Alexander, and virtual breakfast with L and the children, Leo’s hair looking evermore baby coot like, I left to do the Clyde Walkway recce.
It was a perfect day for easy walking, sunny and almost warm. My first stop was to chat to the street artist Ashley Rawson who was preparing the surface for his Easter mural. By the time I’d returned in the afternoon it was 75% finished, extra.

I stopped for lunch at the Cuningar Loop, finding a quiet spot away from all families enjoying the sunshine. The free chocolates Hotel Chocolat were handing out in Central Station were a nice treat, the white one overly sweet if I’m being picky.

The dog walkers, runners and cyclists thinned out as I reached Cambuslang and the train home.
