Upskilling and longevity

A highly satisfactory dental check up, I have been working hard to hone my interdental brushing technique which the dentist noticed and rewarded me with a Super Slim Interspace device so that next time no scaling will be necessary.
The flowers are a marvel. Son number 2 sent them for Mothering Sunday, he’d forgotten I would be away. A few days later son number rescued them and when I got home I found them in the cafetière. After at least 10 ten days they are at their best.
Good yoga session and back strength training, a bit of an effort especially when it was so gloriously sunny.
Sat out on the balcony most of the afternoon catching up with a new neighbour, some admin and Spanish prep.
