Welcome Home

After a decent night’s sleep and a Sunday breakfast at the hotel, we caught the National Express coach (I can’t even type it without getting a Divine Comedy ear worm!) back to Bridgwater where Kate and Sophie were waiting to give us a lift home.

Sophie had made this notice just in case we missed her! My camera wasn’t handy as we got off the coach so got her to pose her again in the back garden when we got home.

Chris was waiting for us as well and we all went for a meal at one of the restaurants in the Village, where we enjoyed a belated Mother’s Day celebration sitting outside in the sun.

Tess and I just about managed to stay awake until 9.
