Day 83. Respite.

Day 83.

Grateful to have amazing friends. This time the shout goes to my friend Gillian for stepping in and offering respite accomodation for the two old crocks who had to pull out of a much anticipated kayaking adventure. Instead, we're chilling (wrong word - it's been roasting all day) in Carrbridge, having enjoyed a sedate walk this afternoon, a lovely salad prepared by Stoorie, and a wee glass of white wine.
I even squeezed in a wee 20 minute yoga session. 

4 miles covered today between a walk round Loch an Eilein and a wee wander in Aviemore.
