Today's the day . . . . . . . . . . . for an invite

It's the second week of the school holidays here - and contrary to what normally happens, there has been spectacularly good weather, right from the start.

Tessa and Josie have been having a wonderful time.  They were on the Isle of Arran for the first week - and today, their other grandparents,  Hugh and Moira, took them away for a few days in their caravan.  They are staying at a site at Mossyard Bay, which is actually not far from here.  So when they phoned this afternoon and invited us over for supper, we were delighted to accept. 

It is the most idyllic place to be at any time, but with blue skies and warm sunshine, it would take a lot to beat it.  We had a lovely time with them all - and a delicious meal.  The extra is another of Josie's pictures of us two and Moira . . .   . . . . .
