Slow (& not much) progress

I spent the morning procrastinating starting work on the DIY thing and most of the afternoon wondering how on earth to proceed with the most difficult wall.

Mum called for a cuppa, listened and offered a few ideas. She basically rationalised the problem, or rather the several problems and that as no 'one size fits all' solution exists, why not combine two?

Good thinking BatMum! I whizzed to the DIY store for supplies before returning home for tea, rounding off the evening with another ride.on Biscuit and a video natter with Bestie.

Also received the good news that my friend had come through his operation and is now recovering. Am glad about that :-)
