I can’t imagine not walking to and from work now. It’s only a mile each way but I feels like about five miles sometimes walking back up the hill!! But it is getting easier which is lovely to feel.
I booked our flights to Norway this morning for summer. I’ve been putting off until my credit card balance wasn’t quite so huge, but that’s going nowhere and the flights have gone up int the last few days annoyingly, so I bit the bullet and got them booked.
I have apartments held on Booking.com, so now just need to book the Oslo-Bergen train which is available to book sixty days before travel, and flights home from Bergen. Otherwise we’re emigrating to Norway!!
Parents evening tonight for Miss E at school. She got A*, A and B in her her recent exams, so she’s well on track. It’s so nice to sit and hear such lovely things about her!!
She dropped two marks overall in GCSE English and her English teacher said that the aim for A-Level was to drop none! I’m not sure she was joking!
