Wild flower in the wrong place.

Took some seed potatoes round for our youngest son as I had too many.
He was mowing the back lawn, but I noticed these lovely violets in the front lawn.
Took a photo before he cut them all off.
I think they look lovely but I think it’s a case of growing in the wrong place and the more he digs up the more they seem to spread.

After yesterday’s warm weather today is freezing cold and cloudy. Temp. 9 feels like 6C.
Tomorrow they say it will be up to 20C!
Well our weather is never boring.
