Light and shade

... drama in the sky late afternoon. 
A very early start to drop R off to do a 40 km South Downs walk (mad?). I then had a swim at Lewes pool, breakfast in Lewes and a bit of shopping (new tennis shoes and tesco).
I really didn t feel great this afternoon but think it was prob a reaction to the shingles vaccine I had yesterday.
Apologies for not visiting many journals /commenting.... not enough hours in the day atm... but thanks for those who visit mine. I will be back!
