Portrait of a fit person

It seems like a lifetime ago but it was only 2016 when I cycled across America, cycling up mountains without the aid of electricity. At least it was another warm day which allowed me to do more garden pottering and read in the sun…although I have to be careful as the antibiotics make my skin more sensitive and I ended up burning myself the other day.
