A Morning Glow

I walked to the leisure centre this morning for a swim. The timing was perfect to see the sun rise over the low lying mist as I walked through the playing fields.

The pool was relatively quiet and I managed my mile in a reasonable time, then walked back via the local Greggs, to reward myself.

A part day writing a report then an afternoon in the garden.
