I do like a Cathedral!

I also like a road trip! So off we went and stopped over for the night at Reims, where Mr Frenchtoast went to university. He has lots of stories to tell about student parties, where one of his fellow students brought crates of Champagne! The student’s father owned a Champagne house, so he was never going to bring a few beers like everyone else!
You’d think he would be a friend for life wouldn’t you? But sadly Mr F cannot remember his name and has no recollection of the name of the Champagne either!
We had a wander round the Cathedral, and ate dinner in a brilliant restaurant with a good view, but so much of the city has changed apparently in the 45 years since Mr F was last here that he can hardly recognise it. The Champers is still as good though!
